I was reading up an article at Webmonkey and I noticed that the article’s print version didn’t have the date of the article written on it. Also, besides the first page of the article(web version), the subsequent pages only displayed the name of the article omitting the authors name and date.
In my opinion, both of these are useful to me and are considerable usability issues. I thought I’d let them know. And where do I get the email address to mail them from? I looked further down the page and found a ‘Contact Us’ link in the footer which wasn’t working…site wide. I then clicked on the sitemap in the header but to my surprise, I couldn’t find a contact link over there either.
I found a link entitled ‘feedback’ and clicked on it. Unfortunately, I reached a page which was probably redirecting to a Lycos showcase page Feedback
By now, I was quite fed up. I have found Webmonkey to be a great resource but this I felt was quite a negative experience. Why wouldn’t Lycos want to gather user feedback? It’s such a great way to improve.
